Javier Ciurlizza is the Bogotá-based Director of the Latin American and Caribbean Program since January 2011. As Program Director, Javier oversees projects covering Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Haiti and Guatemala. He has a master’s degree from the University of Warwick, England.
